WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

​

If you plan to run your own non-profit someday, this is a great opportunity to jump in on the ground floor, and develop the knowledge and experience you can only learn by doing.

​

• Work directly with the Chief Executive Officer on all aspects of Launchpad23's non-profit journey;

​

• Learn about critical compliance requirements by helping make sure the organization fulfills them dutifully;

​

• Help build the Launchpad23 Board of Directors, and manage a board meeting from start to finish; and

​

• Identify and execute opportunities for improvement in a specific project area to build out your resume with earned metrics that demonstrate your success.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

​

• Ongoing or completed undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field of study;

​

• A natural inclination for leadership, task completion, and approaching challenges with a can-do attitude;

​

• A thirst for knowledge and an unwavering commitment to personal growth, because everything can be made better;​

​

• Exceptional writing and communication skills; and

​

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
