WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

​

If you've been dying for a chance to put your marketing and/or design skills to use in service of an actual product, this is the position for you!

​

• Choose a focus: design, advertising, or product communication;

​

• Work directly with the Chief Executive Officer on your project, building out the Launchpad23 story and brand;

​

• Provide a second set of eyes for all existing marketing and design efforts across the company; and

​

• Lead your own campaign from start to finish, creating metrics you can proudly list on your resume. 

​

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

​

• Ongoing or completed undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field of study;

​

• A natural inclination for leadership, task completion, and approaching challenges with a can-do attitude;

​

• A thirst for knowledge and an unwavering commitment to personal growth, because everything can be made better;

​

• Exceptional written proficiency (English); and

​

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
