Empathy Applied

Whether you are pursuing your degree in psychology or social work, or just really enjoy helping those younger than you find their way, we have a world full of students that can benefit from dedicated mentors willing to put in the time to lead from a place of compassion and empathy.

You will:

​

• Work one-on-one with an adult co-pilot as you prepare to serve in your mentorship capacity, building the skills you will need to make the most of the opportunity;

​

• Match with a student based upon mutual interests, helping give you a solid foundation for your work together; and

​

• Receive continual support and feedback throughout the process, helping you grow in your own ability to lead and support the next generation. 

​

We ask all mentors to commit to at least five sessions with their matched student, so please carefully consider your academic and other commitments before applying.
