WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

​

• Work directly with the Chief Executive Officer on one of Launchpad23's existing products, or take a product idea off the shelf and build it into being;

​

• Provide your expertise to existing program managers to help improve the performance of Launchpad23's existing products; and

​

• Develop resume-building statistics related to product growth and performance to document your skills and abilities for future employers. 

​

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

​

• Ongoing or completed undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field of study;

​

• A natural inclination for leadership, task completion, and approaching challenges with a can-do attitude;

​

• A thirst for knowledge and an unwavering commitment to personal growth, because everything can be made better;​

​

• Exceptional writing and communication skills; and

​

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
